「新型コロナウイルス感染症」の感染法上の分類が第５類となった事を踏まえ、
ホテルスタッフのマスクを外しての接客をさせていただきます事となりました。
約３年にわたるマスク着用での就業を経て、
ようやくサービス業の基本である”笑顔”でお客様をお迎えできる環境が整った事は、
接客に携わる私どもにとって大変喜ばしい事です。
引き続きお客様に安心してご利用いただきます様に、
「手洗い、手指消毒、効果的な換気」などスタッフ並びに館内の感染対策は継続してまいります。

Information on the wearing of masks by hotel staff after Wednesday, August 16, 2023
Thank you for visiting ANA Holiday Inn Sendai.
In light of the fact that the new type of coronavirus infection has been classified as category 5 under the Infectious Diseases Control Law,
we have decided to allow our hotel staff to serve our guests without wearing masks.
It is a great pleasure for those of us involved in customer service to finally have an environment in which we can greet our guests
with a smile, which is the foundation of the service industry, after working with masks for about three years.
We would like to thank all our guests for their understanding.
